Home feature priorities are changing.

The latest National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) research shows that one of the top features desired by buyers is a home office and that quite a few might need more than one!

Remote work continues to grow (currently out of health and safety concerns). Commuting may be a thing of the past. Many large companies have signaled they will grant the remote work option even after the current crisis has passed.

According to Kate Lister, President of Global Workplace Analytics, “Our best estimate is that 25-30% of the workforce will be working-from-home multiple days a week by the end of 2021.”

Your next home may also be your next office. I know it is for me! I’ve invested in an UPLIFT standing desk and set aside an entire room of my home as my office.
